Construction:

rotation resistant and slip resistant spiral embedded in the hose wall
wall thickness between the spirals 3.0 – 10.0 mm approx. depending on diameter

Material:

spiral: spring steel wire
wall: high quality soft PVC
colour: transparent

Temperature Range:

from -15°C approx. to +60°C approx.

Applications:

Universal suction and conveying hose

for solids and faeces
for liquid and gases
for pressure and vacuum pumps
for lowering of ground water

Properties:

interior & exterior: smooth
increased pressure resistance and vacuum resistance
robust and kink-proof
limited flexibility
good chemical resistance
suitable for electrostatic discharge of non-flammable dust/bulk solids and gases/liquids with low conductivity where both ends of the spiral are earthed, in accordance with TRBS 2153 (zone1, 21)(guidelines of German Federal Institute for Occupational Safety & Health)
