Construction:

  • rotation resistant and slip resistant spiral embedded in the hose wall
  • wall thickness between the spirals 1.45 mm approx.

 

Material:

  • spiral: copper-plated spring steel wire
  • wall: high abrasion-resistant Polyester Polyurethane, microbe resistant and hydrolysis stabilised
  • colour: transparent

 

Temperature Range:

  • from -40°C approx. to +90°C approx. 
  • short-term to +125°C approx.

Applications:

Special extraction and blowing hose for coarse-grained/sharp-edged solids where microbe resistance is required e.g. 

  • on utility and waste disposal vehicles
  • for transporting fertilizer and seed
  • for transporting animal feed
  • for drilling-chips and cutting-shavings

 

Properties:

  • microbe resistant and hydrolysis stabilised
  • heavy-duty construction (wall thickness 1.45 mm approx.)
  • very flexible
  • interior smooth
  • extremely abrasion-resistant
  • increased pressure and vacuum resistance
  • suitable for electrostatic discharge of non-flammable dust/bulk solids and gases/liquids with low conductivity where both ends of the spiral are earthed, in accordance with TRBS 2153 (zone1, 21)(guidelines of German Federal Institute for Occupational Safety & Health)

Production lengths:

  • 10 m and 15 m
