Construction:

rotation resistant and slip resistant spiral embedded in the hose wall
wall thickness between the spirals 4.0 – 4.5 mm approx.

Material:

spiral: hard PVC along with copper stranded wire
wall: high quality soft PVC
colour: transparent

Temperature Range:

from -5°C approx. to +60°C approx.

Applications:

Universal extraction and conveying hose

for solids e.g. powder and shavings
for granulates (normal plastics)

Properties:

interior: smooth
increased pressure resistance and vacuum resistance
robust
limited flexibility
good chemical resistance
suitable for electrostatic discharge of non-flammable dust/bulk solids and gases/liquids with low conductivity where both ends of the wire are earthed, in accordance with TRBS 2153 (zone1, 21)(guidelines of German Federal Institute for Occupational Safety & Health)
