Temperature Range:

• from -40°C approx. to +90°C approx. 
• short-term to +125°C approx.

Applications:

Special extraction and conveying hose where high abrasion resistance is required e.g.

• for extremely sharp-edged solids (glass wool, rock wool, mill scale, sinter)
• for gravel cover on flat roofs
• as operations hose for dry-suction utility vehicles
• for silo vehicles and loading companies
• as conveying hose in shipyards, ports, cement works, glassworks

Properties:

• extremely robust construction (wall thickness 3.5 mm approx.)
• extremely abrasion-resistant
• interior smooth
• good flexibility
• very high pressure and vacuum resistance
• suitable for electrostatic discharge of non-flammable dust/bulk solids and gases/liquids with low conductivity where both ends of the spiral are earthed, in accordance with TRBS 2153 (zone1, 21)(guidelines of German Federal Institute for Occupational Safety & Health)
