Construction:

spiral: copper-plated spring steel wire
wall: high abrasion-resistant Polyester Polyurethane, capable of permanent electrostatic discharge ≤10⁹ ohm, food grade (FDA)
colour: transparent

Temperature Range:

from -40°C approx. to +90°C approx.
short-term to +125°C

Applications:

Special extraction and blowing hose for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries, where a hose wall capable of electrostatic discharge is required (in accordance with TRBS 2153 for flammable dust/solids (guidelines of German Federal Institute for Occupational Safety & Health)), in particular

for extraction arms and dust collection equipment
for CNC machining centres
for slightly abrasive dust
for liquid matter
as a discharge hose

Properties:

hose wall capable of permanent electrostatic discharge, surface resistance ≤10⁹ ohm
suitable for electrostatic discharge of flammable dust/solids where both ends of the spiral are earthed, in accordance with TRBS 2153 (zone 20)(guidelines of German Federal Institute for Occupational Safety & Health):

wall material complies with:
