rotation resistant and slip resistant spiral fixed to the hose wall

wall: Polyethylene (PE), electro-conductive ≤10³ ohm

Temperature Range:

from -35°C approx. to +80°C approx.

Applications:

Special extraction and blowing hose for aggressive matter, especially in hazardous areas, where electro-conductivity is required (explosive environments) e.g.

for extraction equipment
for industrial vacuum cleaners

Properties:

electro-conductive, surface resistance ≤10³ ohm
suitable for electrostatic discharge of flammable liquids/dust where both ends of the spiral are earthed, in accordance with the European ATEX 94/9/ EC directives and TRBS 2153 (zone 0, 20)(guidelines of German Federal Institute for Occupational Safety & Health)
light construction (wall thickness 0.75 mm approx.)
very flexible
interior: smooth
very good chemical resistance
very good resistance to alkalis and acids
