Construction:

exterior: shock-absorbing, anti-abrasion profile
clamp profile spiral firmly attached mechanically to hose fabric

Material:

clamp profile spiral: hot-dip galvanised metal strip with additional shock-absorbing and anti-abrasion plastic profile
wall: specially coated high temperature fabric

Temperature Range:

exhaust gas temperature up to +300°C approx. when correctly applied with exhaust gas funnels and sufficient fresh air supply

Applications:

Special exhaust gas hose for use in the automotive industry e.g.

extraction of motor exhaust gas especially HGV and construction vehicles
over and under floor suction extraction
slotted floor channels
exhaust hose reels
fixed equipment

Properties:

higher heat resistance up to +300°C approx.
outer shock-absorbing, anti-abrasion profile
high mechanical resilience
extremely flexible and compressible
vibration resistant
flame retardant
suitable for electrostatic discharge of non-flammable dust and gas with low conductivity where both ends of the spiral are earthed and the inclination is < 30 mm, in accordance with TRBS 2153 (zone1, 21)(guidelines of German Federal Institute for Occupational Safety & Health)
