Construction:

  • rotation resistant and slip resistant spiral embedded in the hose wall
  • wall thickness between spirals 0.75 mm approx.

 

Material:

  • spiral: copper-plated spring steel wire
  • wall: high abrasion-resistant Polyester Polyurethane with flame retardant additives
  • colour: transparent

 

Temperature Range:

  • from -40°C approx. to +90°C approx.
  • short-term to +125 °C approx.

Applications:

Special extraction and blowing hose, flame retardant construction, particularly for

  • dust collection and extraction equipment with increased suction output
  • CNC machining areas
  • slightly abrasive solids such as powder, shavings, dust
  • liquids and gases
  • as a filling hose

 

Properties:

  • highly flame retardant in accordance with DIN 4102 B1
  • light construction (wall thickness 0.75 mm approx.)
  • extremely flexible
  • interior smooth
  • high abrasion resistance
  • suitable for electrostatic discharge of non-flammable dust/bulk solids and gases/liquids with low conductivity where both ends of the spiral are earthed in accordance with TRBS 2153 (zone1, 21)(guidelines of German Federal Institute for Occupational Safety & Health)

Production lengths:

  • 10 m,15 m

  • capable of permanent electrostatic discharge ≤109 ohm (foxiSpecial PUR L-AL-F)
  • electro-conductive ≤103 ohm (foxiSpecial PUR L-EL)
  • food grade (foxiSpecial PUR L-F)
