Material:

spiral: plastic profile with inlaid wire
wall: high abrasion-resistant Polyester Polyurethane flame-proof additives
colour: transparent

Temperature Range:

from -40°C approx. to +90°C approx.
short-term to +125°C approx.

Applications:

Special crush-proof extraction hose.

for dust extraction on mobile equipment
as protection hose

Properties:

flame retardant in accordance with DIN 4102 B1
crush proof
very good restoring force
very light
extremely flexible
extremely abrasion-resistant spiral
suitable for electrostatic discharge of non-flammable dust/bulk solids and gases/liquids with low conductivity where both ends of the spiral are earthed, in accordance with TRBS 2153 (zone1, 21)(guidelines of German Federal Institute for Occupational Safety & Health)
