Construction:

• spiral: copper-plated spring steel wire
• wall: high abrasion-resistant Polyester Polyurethane

Temperature Range:

• from -40°C approx. to +90°C approx. 

Applications:

Special protection hose for use

• on robots and drag chains with a high movement cycle rate
• as a robust cable protection hose

Properties:

• heavy-duty construction (wall thickness 1.6 mm approx.)
• very flexible
• small bending radius
• increased pressure and vacuum resistance
• interior: smooth
• high abrasion resistance
• increased mechanical resilience
• suitable for electrostatic discharge of non-flammable dust/bulk solids and gases/liquids with low conductivity, where both ends of the spiral are earthed, in accordance with TRBS 2153 (zone 1, 21)(guidelines of German Federal Institute for Occupational Safety & Health)
