Construction:

  • rotation resistant and slip resistant spiral fixed to the hose wall
  • wall thickness between the spirals 0.75 mm approx.

 

Material:

  • spiral: covered spring steel wire
  • wall: high abrasion-resistant Polyether Polyurethane, microbe and hydrolysis resistant
  • colour: transparent

 

Temperature Range:

  • from -40°C approx. to +90°C approx. 
  • short-term to +125°C approx.

Applications:

Special extraction and blowing hose for abrasive solids, where microbe and hydrolysis resistance is required, e.g. 

  • for hot oil mist and water vapour
  • for cutting vapours
  • for fine-grained dust in conjunction with dampness and heat
  • for extraction of faeces

 

Properties:

  • microbe and hydrolysis resistant
  • light construction (wall thickness 0.75 mm approx.)
  • very flexible, interior: smooth
  • abrasion resistant
  • softener free
  • suitable for electrostatic discharge of non-flammable dust/bulk solids and gases/liquids with low conductivity where both ends of the spiral are earthed, in accordance with TRBS 2153 (zone 1, 21)(guidelines of German Federal Institute for Occupational Safety & Health)

Production lengths:

  • 10 m and 15 m
